plug-ins. When version 5 was released, Nullsoft redeemed
themselves in the public's eyes after producing a much improved player
to replace Winamp 3. They didn't need much encouragement as they
justified skipping version number 4 by saying that it was such a huge
improvement that it deserved to be called 5! The player
supports a wide range of file formats, and because the program is small
and simple, it works quickly on almost all computers. Have a look
